Yin Kun arrived in Beijing 10 Years ago from Si Chuan and has since developed a series of works . durinh the early years in Beijing, his works were still filled with strong relevance to his hometown, memories thet reminded him o what he misses: but also a constant reminder that he has to adapt to drastic change of Beijing.
His work were more light hearted and potrayed smiley - faced figures. He also began to look at culturalissues that were affecting China s rapid growwth and wealth. He Also used brigther and more colours in the series, depicting the joy and satisfaction of his life in Beijing.
